KPS1.5-32J22 is a plastic spur gear in the KPS1.5 series with 32 teeth, a module of 1.5, a 22mm bore, and a face width of 8mm. It is made of MC901 nylon, has a 20° pressure angle, and conforms to JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1) precision. The outside diameter is 51mm, and the hub length is 25mm. Keyways follow JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. A set screw is included for the tapped hole, with a recommended maximum torque of 0.12 N·m for M4 screws.
