The KPS1.5-32J16 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 1.5, 32 teeth, a 16 mm bore diameter, and a hub. It is made of MC901 nylon, has a 20° pressure angle, and meets JIS grade N9 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). The outside diameter is 51 mm, the face width is 10 mm, and the total length is 25 mm. Keyways conform to JIS B1301 with Js9 tolerance. The gear has a tooth hardness of 115-120 HRR. Dimensional changes may occur due to temperature and humidity variations. Allowable torque is 0.38 N·m.
