KPS1.5-32J15 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 1.5, 32 teeth, and a 15 mm bore diameter. It is made of MC901 nylon, has a 20° pressure angle, and standard full-depth teeth. The gear meets JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1:1998) precision standards. It includes a hub with a face width of 10 mm and a total length of 25 mm. Backlash values are theoretical and based on mating with an identical gear. Allowable torque is 0.38 N·m. The gear is susceptible to dimensional changes from temperature and humidity, and is recommended for use with steel gears to avoid heat generation. Tapped holes are not present in this variant. Keyway conforms to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance.
