KPS1.5-26J8 is a plastic spur gear in the KPS Module 1.5 series, made of MC901 nylon with a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth. It has 26 teeth, a 32mm pitch diameter, a 39mm outside diameter, a 15mm face width, and a 10mm hub width. The bore is 8mm with a J8 tolerance and no keyway. The gear is rated for plastic-to-plastic meshing with a maximum allowable torque of 0.3 N·m. The precision grade is equivalent to JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1:1998). Dimensional stability may vary with temperature and humidity, and operation without lubrication is discouraged.
