Module 1.5 plastic spur gear made of MC901 nylon with 24 teeth, 15 mm face width, 36 mm pitch diameter, 39 mm outside diameter, 25 mm total length, and a 12 mm finished bore with a 5 x 2.3 mm keyway. The gear conforms to JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1) and has a 20° pressure angle with standard full-depth teeth. The allowable torque is 0.037 N·m. Dimensional changes may occur under varying temperature or humidity conditions, and operation without lubrication is not recommended. The backlash value is 0.022 mm.
