KPS1.5-22J10 is a plastic spur gear in the KPS Module 1.5 series, made of MC901 material with a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth. It has 22 teeth, a 33 mm outside diameter, a 15 mm face width, and a 10 mm finished bore with a keyway. The gear is rated for a maximum allowable torque of 0.24 kgf·m and a maximum allowable thrust load of 5 N. The precision grade is JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1), per JIS B1702-1:1998. The product requires caution against secondary operations and thermal or humidity-induced dimensional changes. When meshed without lubrication, it is recommended to pair it with steel gears.
