Plastic spur gear with module 1.5, 14 teeth, and a 5 mm bore with a keyway compliant with JIS B1301 (Js9 tolerance), made from MC901 nylon. The gear has a standard full-depth tooth profile at 20° pressure angle, a face width of 15 mm, and an outside diameter of 145.5 mm. The gear is designed for use with steel mating gears to avoid heat generation from friction, and the bore size may vary with temperature and humidity. The allowable torque is 0.30 N·m based on assumed usage conditions. The hub is counterbored to reduce tap length for the M4 set screw.
