KPS1-45J19 is a module 1, 45-tooth plastic spur gear made of MC901 nylon with a 6 mm face width, a 45 mm pitch diameter, and a 19 mm finished bore keyed for a 6 x 2.8 mm keyway with an M5 set screw. It has an allowable torque of 0.022 N·m and a theoretical backlash of 0~0.34 mm. The gear conforms to JIS B1702-1:1998 precision grade N9 and has a pressure angle of 20° with standard full-depth teeth. It is designed to be mated with steel gears to avoid heat buildup from dry operation.
