The KPS1-36J14 is a module 1, 36-tooth plastic spur gear made from MC901 nylon, with a 14 mm finished bore, a 36 mm pitch diameter, a 38 mm outside diameter, a 10 mm face width, and a 20 mm total length. It features a 6 x 2.8 mm keyway and no set screw. The gear has an allowable torque of 1.30 N•m (0.13 kgf•m) and a theoretical backlash of 0 to 0.34 mm. Precision complies with JIS B1702-1:1998 grade N9. It is designed for use with steel gears to avoid heat buildup and dimensional instability from moisture or temperature changes.
