KPS1-30J10 is aModule 1 plastic spur gear with 30 teeth, made of MC901 nylon, featuring a 10 mm finished bore, a 20 mm hub diameter, a 30 mm pitch diameter, a 32 mm outside diameter, a 10 mm face width, and a 20 mm total length. It uses a 4 x 1.8 mm keyway and includes a set screw for M4 fastening. The gear has an allowable torque of 1.03 N·m (0.10 kgf·m) and a theoretical backlash of 0~0.34 mm, in accordance with JIS B1702-1:1998 precision grade N9. The design is intended for use with steel gears to avoid heat generation from dry operation.
