KPS1-100J16 is a plastic spur gear from the KPS Module 1 series, made of MC901 material, with 100 teeth, a 16 mm bore, a hub width of 10 mm, an outside diameter of 102 mm, and a face width of 20 mm. It has a standard full-depth tooth profile at a 20° pressure angle and JIS grade N9 precision. The maximum allowable torque is 0.10 N·m, designed for use with a 5 mm screw. Backlash is 0~0.36 mm, and dimensional stability is affected by temperature and humidity. Operation without lubrication may generate heat, and mating with steel gears is recommended.
