KPG3-20R1 is a plastic worm gear with module 3, 20 teeth, 1 start, and a right-hand helix angle of 3°55'. The gear is made of MC901 nylon, with a standard full-depth tooth profile and a normal pressure angle of 20°. It has a bore diameter of 15mm, a hub diameter of 50mm, a pitch diameter of 60.14mm, a throat diameter of 66mm, an outside diameter of 69mm, a face width of 28mm, a hub width of 15mm, and a total length of 43mm. The mounting distance is 52mm. The allowable torque is 13.7 N·m (1.40 kgf·m) with a backlash range of 0~0.38mm and a weight of 0.13kg. A worm gear pair, or worm gear set, consists of two gears: the worm, which resembles a spiral screw, and the worm gear (aka, worm wheel).
