KPG1.5-20R2J8 is a right-hand helical nylon worm gear with a module of 1.5, 20 teeth, 2 starts, a 3°26' helix angle, and an 8 mm finished bore. It has a hub diameter of 20 mm, pitch diameter of 30.22 mm, outside diameter of 34.5 mm, face width of 12 mm, hub width of 10 mm, and total length of 22 mm. The allowable torque is 1.68 N·m (0.17 kgf·m), with backlash of 0~0.30 mm and a weight of 0.014 kg. It is precision grade KHK W 002 grade 5, with a 20° normal pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth on MC901 Nylon material. A keyway of 4 mm width × 1.8 mm depth according to JIS B1301 is included.
