Plastic spur gears with a steel core, manufactured in module 3, feature a 68-tooth configuration, a 70 mm bore, and a 204 mm pitch diameter with a 210 mm outside diameter and 30 mm face width. The gear uses MC602ST nylon fused to an S45C metal core via a diamond-knurled surface treatment for high holding strength. It meets JIS grade N9 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) and has a 20° pressure angle with standard full-depth teeth. The allowable torque is 90.6 N·m (9.23 kgf·m), and the total length is 165 mm. Dimensional stability and heat resistance are enhanced by the bonded core, with operational tolerance up to 140°C.
