The gear has a pitch diameter of 144mm, outside diameter of 150mm, face width of 30mm, and hub width of 17mm. Allowable torque is 60.2 N·m (6.14 kgf·m). Backlash is 0~0.56mm. The design ensures dimensional stability and high-temperature performance up to 140°C with minimal thermal expansion.
