KNSU3-32 is a plastic spur gear with a steel core, featuring a module of 3, 32 teeth, a 60 mm bore, and a 96 mm pitch diameter. It has a 102 mm outside diameter, 30 mm face width, and 47 mm total length. The gear is made of MC602ST nylon fused to an S45C steel core using a diamond-knurled bonding process, with JIS grade N9 precision and a 20° pressure angle. It has an allowable torque of 36.1 N·m (3.68 kgf·m) and an axial backlash of 0~0.54 mm. The design ensures dimensional stability over wide temperature ranges and eliminates the need for mechanical fasteners.
