The KNSU3-32 variant has 32 teeth, a 60 mm hub diameter, 96 mm pitch diameter, 102 mm outside diameter, 30 mm face width, and 47 mm total length. It is rated for an allowable torque of 36.1 N·m (3.68 kgf·m) with a theoretical backlash of 0-0.54 mm. The gear operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to 120°C and maintains dimensional stability due to full encapsulation of the core. The bore size for this variant is 60 mm, with a finished hub width of 17 mm.
