KNSU3-25 is a plastic spur gear with a steel core, featuring a module of 3, 25 teeth, a 45 mm bore, a 75 mm pitch diameter, an 81 mm outside diameter, a 30 mm face width, and a 47 mm total length. It has a JIS grade N9 precision rating, a 20° pressure angle, and is made of MC602ST nylon fused to an S45C steel core. The allowable torque is 2.70 N·m (0.27 kgf·m), and the theoretical backlash is 0~0.54 mm. The gear is designed for use with a finished 45 mm bore and exhibits high dimensional stability and temperature resistance up to at least 140°C.
