The gear is made of MC602ST nylon fused to an S45C steel core using a diamond-knurling and groove process for high radial holding strength. It has a JIS grade N9 precision rating, 20° pressure angle, and standard full-depth teeth. The allowable torque is 21.5 N·m (2.20 kgf·m) with a backlash range of 0 to 0.46 mm. The total length is 65 mm and weight is 0.95 kg.
