Plastic spur gear with steel core, module 2.5, 35 teeth, precision JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1: 1998), 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, made of MC602ST nylon fused to an S45C metal core. Has an outside diameter of 92.5 mm, face width of 25 mm, hub width of 15 mm, total length of 40 mm, and an allowable torque of 2.39 N·m (0.24 kgf·m). The hub diameter is 55 mm, as specified for the KNSU2.5-35 model. The gear provides good dimensional stability and operates reliably in temperatures up to 140°C due to the full-surface bonding of nylon to the core.
