KNSU1.5-80 is a plastic spur gear with a steel core, module 1.5, 80 teeth, and 15 mm face width. It has a 60 mm bore, 120 mm pitch diameter, 123 mm outside diameter, and 27 mm total hub length. The allowable torque is 13.5 N·m (1.38 kgf·m), with theoretical backlash of 0~0.42 mm and weight of 1.01 kg. Precision conforms to JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1: 1998). The gear uses MC602ST nylon fused to an S45C metal core, designed for high dimensional stability and operation in elevated temperatures.
