KMBSG2.5-4020R is a 2.5 module, 40-tooth, right-hand spiral bevel gear made of SCM415 steel with carburizing heat treatment, achieving a tooth hardness of 55-60 HRC. It has a pressure angle of 20°, helix angle of 35°, and meets JIS B 1704:1978 Grade 1 precision. The bore and shaft diameter are H7/h7 with a 55 mm bore, hub diameter of 100 mm, pitch diameter of 100 mm, outside diameter of 101.29 mm, and total length of 184 mm. It has a bending strength allowable torque of 11.0 N·m and surface durability allowable torque of 18.7 N·m, with backlash of 0.05-0.11 mm. The gear is designed for 90° shaft angles and produces axial thrust forces during operation.
