KMBSB5-1545L is a module 5, 32-tooth, right-hand spiral bevel gear with a finished bore, made from SCM415 material with overall carburizing and a tooth hardness of 55-60 HRC. It has a 20° pressure angle, 35° helix angle, and conforms to JIS B 1704:1978 grade 4 precision. The gear has a pitch diameter of 160 mm, outside diameter of 135 mm, face width of 35 mm, bore diameter of 65 mm, and keyway dimension of 10 mm width × 3.3 mm depth with two M8 tapped holes. The allowable bending strength torque is 1060 N·m and surface durability torque is 1000 N·m, with backlash ranging from 0.14 to 0.34 mm. The part weighs 34.1 kg.
