KMBSB3-4518R is a metric spiral bevel gear with module 3, 35 teeth, and right-hand helix, designed for power transmission. Made of SCM415 steel with overall carburizing and 55-60 HRC hardness, it meets JIS B 1704:1978 grade 4 precision. Pressure angle is 20°, helix angle is 35°. Bore is tapered with two M6 tapped holes, hub diameter 65 mm, pitch diameter 135 mm, outside diameter 136.24 mm. Total length is 50 mm, face width 37 mm, keyway 10×3.3 mm. Backlash is 0.08-0.18 mm. Allowable torque for bending and surface durability is 1.84 N·m. Weight is 26.1 kg. No secondary machining permitted due to case hardness. Axial thrust forces are generated during operation.
