KMBSA4-2030L is a finished bore spiral bevel gear with a module of 4, 20 teeth, and left-hand helix orientation. It is manufactured from SCM415 steel with overall carburizing heat treatment, achieving a tooth hardness of 55~60HRC. The gear meets JIS B 1704:1978 grade 4 precision. The bore diameter is 35mm, the outside diameter is 87.34mm, the total length is 42mm, and the face width is 21mm. It features a 2-M6 tapped hole for mounting and has an allowable torque of 0.12~0.27 N·m. Secondary machining is not permitted due to carburizing, and axial thrust forces are generated during operation.
