KMBSA2-3020R is a metric spiral bevel gear with a module of 2, 30 teeth, and a right-hand helix, designed for power transmission. It features a finished bore, carburized SCM415 steel construction with a tooth hardness of 55~60HRC, and conforms to JIS B 1704:1978 grade 4 precision. The gear has a 20° pressure angle and 35° helix angle, with an outside diameter of 61.36 mm, overall length of 26.8 mm, and bore diameter of 14 mm. The face width is 23 mm, and it includes two M5 mounting holes. Secondary machining is prohibited due to hardening. The allowable torque capacity is 0.26 N·m.
