Nissei ground spiral bevel gears in the KKSP series, module 5, with 36 teeth on the gear and 24 on the pinion, feature a 20° pressure angle and 35° helix angle, constructed from SCM415 or SCM420 material with overall carburizing and tooth hardness of 60~63 HRC. The part has a bore diameter of 48 mm, hub width of 50.5 mm, total length of 90 mm, and a keyway of 14 x 3.8 mm. These gears produce axial thrust forces and prohibit secondary operations due to the carburizing process. Precision meets JIS B 1704:1978 Grade 0, and allowable torque is 4.65 kgf·m under specified conditions.
