KKHG3-36R is a right-hand helical gear with a module of 3, 36 teeth, and a plain bore. It is made from SCM440 material with induction-hardened tooth surfaces ranging from 50 to 60 HRC. The gear has a helix angle of 21°30', a transverse pressure angle of 20°, and precision grade JIS N6 per JIS B1702-1:1998. Dimensions include a bore diameter of 80 mm, a pitch diameter of 108 mm, an outside diameter of 114 mm, a face width of 25 mm, a hub width of 16 mm, and a total length of 41 mm. The allowable bending strength is 422 N·m, surface durability is 530 N·m, and backlash is specified between 0.14 and 0.24 mm. Secondary operations on the teeth are prohibited due to induction hardening.
