Constructed of SCM440 steel with induction-hardened teeth at 50-60 HRC, machined to JIS grade N6 precision. Standard full-depth teeth with 20° transverse pressure angle. Face width 25 mm, hub width 16 mm, total length 41 mm. Designed for mating with left-hand counterparts of matching module; produces axial thrust forces. Bore and hub dimensions match KKHG3-22R. No secondary operations permitted on tooth surfaces due to hardness.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction. Helical gear pairs have the same helix angle but opposite threads (left-hand and right-hand).
