Helix angle is 21°30', transverse pressure angle is 20°, and backlash ranges from 0.14 to 0.24 mm. Allowable torque is 33.2 kgf·m based on surface durability. Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
