Module 2.5 ground helical gear with 60 teeth, right-hand helix, and a 35 mm bore, manufactured from SCM440 with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50-60 HRC), conforming to JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976), with a transverse pressure angle of 20° and helix angle of 21°30'. The gear has a pitch diameter of 150 mm, outside diameter of 155 mm, face width of 20 mm, and total length of 34 mm. It is rated for an allowable torque of 890 N·m (90.8 kgf·m) under surface durability and has a backlash of 0.14-0.24 mm. The part is designed to generate axial thrust forces, and no secondary operations are permitted on the tooth surface due to induction hardening.
