Module 2.5 right-hand ground helical gear with 52 teeth, 80 mm bore, 130 mm pitch diameter, 135 mm outside diameter, 20 mm face width, 14 mm hub width, and 34 mm total length, made of SCM440 with induction-hardened teeth (50-60 HRC), conforming to JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976). The gear has a 21°30' helix angle, 20° transverse pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and a theoretical backlash of 0.14-0.24 mm. Allowable torque is 37.7 N·m (bending strength) and 66.5 kgf·m (surface durability). Axial thrust forces are produced; secondary operations on teeth are prohibited due to hardness.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
