Module 2.5 right-hand ground helical gear with 32 teeth, 20 mm face width, 70 mm bore, 80 mm pitch diameter, 85 mm outside diameter, 14 mm hub width, and 34 mm total length, made of SCM440 with induction-hardened teeth at 50-60 HRC, meeting JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976) precision standards. Axial thrust forces are produced, and no secondary operations may be performed on the tooth surfaces due to hardness. Theoretical normal backlash is 0.12-0.22 mm. Allowable torque is 232 N·m (23.7 kgf·m) for surface durability and 211 N·m (21.5 kgf·m) for bending strength, with an estimated weight of 1.13 kg.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
