Module 2.5 right-hand ground helical gear with 30 teeth, made of SCM440 with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50~60HRC), featuring a 20mm bore, 65mm hub diameter, 75mm pitch diameter, 80mm outside diameter, 20mm face width, 14mm hub width, and 34mm total length. The gear meets JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976) precision standards, has a helix angle of 21°30', a transverse pressure angle of 20°, and allowable torque values of 193 N·m (bending strength) and 201 N·m (surface durability). Backlash is specified as 0.12~0.22 mm. The gear generates axial thrust forces and is not interchangeable with KSH type helical gears.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
