Module 2.5 left-handed ground helical gear with 26 teeth, 30 mm bore, 14 mm hub width, 65 mm pitch diameter, and 70 mm outside diameter, made from SCM440 with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, conforming to JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976). The gear has a 21°30' helix angle and 20° transverse pressure angle, with a face width of 20 mm and total length of 34 mm. Allowable torque is 14.9 N·m for surface durability and 16.3 N·m for bending strength. Backlash is 0.12-0.22 mm. Secondary operations are prohibited on tooth areas due to induction hardening.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
