It has an allowable bending strength torque of 143 N·m and surface durability torque of 122 N·m, with backlash of 0.12-0.22 mm and a weight of 0.57 kg. The gear meets JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976) precision standards.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
