Module 2.5, 22-tooth, right-hand ground helical gear made of SCM440 steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces measuring 50 to 60 HRC, featuring a standard full-depth profile at a 20° transverse pressure angle and 21°30' helix angle, meeting JIS grade N6 and JIS grade 2 precision standards. The gear has a plain bore of 18 mm, pitch diameter of 55 mm, outside diameter of 60 mm, face width of 20 mm, hub width of 14 mm, and total length of 34 mm. It has an allowable bending strength torque of 127 N·m and surface durability torque of 101 N·m, with a theoretical normal backlash of 0.12 to 0.22 mm, and weighs 0.47 kg. Axial thrust forces are produced, and no secondary operations are permitted on the tooth areas due to induction hardening.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
