Module 2 ground helical gear with 18 teeth, right-hand helix, and a 15 mm bore, designed for high-precision applications with JIS grade N6 or JIS grade 2 accuracy. The gear is made from SCM440 steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, featuring a 21°30′ helix angle and 20° transverse pressure angle. It has a face width of 16 mm, pitch diameter of 36 mm, and outside diameter of 40 mm, with an allowable torque of 4.95 N·m for bending strength and 3.25 N·m for surface durability. Backlash is specified between 0.10 and 0.20 mm. The product generates axial thrust forces and is not interchangeable with KSH-type helical gears. Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to induction hardening.
