Module 2, left-handed ground helical gear with 100 teeth, made of SCM440 with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50~60HRC), featuring a 25 mm bore, 60 mm hub diameter, 200 mm pitch diameter, 204 mm outside diameter, 16 mm face width, 13 mm hub width, and 29 mm total length. It has a helix angle of 21°30', transverse pressure angle of 20°, JIS grade N6 precision, and an allowable torque of 39.4 N·m (132 kgf·m) with a backlash of 0.14~0.24 mm. The gear produces axial thrust forces and is not interchangeable with KSH type helical gears.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction. Helical gear pairs have the same helix angle but opposite threads (left-hand and right-hand).
