Module 1 right-hand ground helical gear with 90 teeth, made from SCM440 steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, featuring an 17 mm bore, 50 mm hub diameter, 90 mm pitch diameter, 92 mm outside diameter, 8 mm face width, 10 mm hub width, and 18 mm total length. It has an allowable torque of 118 N·m (12.1 kgf·m) for surface durability and 46.9 N·m for bending strength, with a backlash of 0.10-0.18 mm. The gear meets JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976) precision standards, with a 21°30' helix angle and 20° transverse pressure angle. Axial thrust forces are generated during operation.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
