Module 1.5 ground helical gear with 100 teeth, right-hand helix, and a 70 mm bore, made from SCM440 steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50-60 HRC), featuring a 21°30' helix angle, 20° transverse pressure angle, and JIS grade N6 precision. It has a face width of 12 mm, hub width of 12 mm, overall length of 24 mm, pitch diameter of 150 mm, outside diameter of 153 mm, and an allowable torque of 554 N·m (7.14 kgf·m) based on bending strength. Backlash is specified between 0.12-0.20 mm. The gear produces axial thrust forces and cannot undergo secondary operations on its hardened tooth surface.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction. Helical gear pairs have the same helix angle but opposite threads (left-hand and right-hand).
