Module 1 right-hand ground helical gear with 35 teeth, made of SCM440 material with tooth surface induction hardened to 50-60 HRC, featuring a 25 mm bore, 35 mm pitch diameter, 37 mm outside diameter, 8 mm face width, and 10 mm hub width. It meets JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976) precision standards, has a helix angle of 21°30', and a transverse pressure angle of 20°. The gear produces axial thrust forces and has a theoretical normal backlash of 0.08-0.16 mm. Allowable torque is 15.1 N·m (bending strength) and 15.4 kgf·m (surface durability).

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
