Module 1 right-hand ground helical gear with 35 teeth, plain bore, and 8 mm face width, made of SCM440 steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, featuring a 21°30′ helix angle, 20° transverse pressure angle, and JIS grade N6 precision per JIS B1702-1:1998. The gear has a pitch diameter of 35 mm, outside diameter of 37 mm, hub diameter of 25 mm, total length of 18 mm, allowable torque of 15.1 N·m (bending strength) and 15.4 kgf·m (surface durability), and backlash of 0.08-0.16 mm. Axial thrust forces are generated during operation. Secondary operations on the tooth area are not permitted due to induction hardening.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
