Module 1 left-handed ground helical gear with 32 teeth, plain bore, and 10 mm hub width, featuring a 21°30' helix angle, 20° transverse pressure angle, and SCM440 material with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50~60HRC. Precision grade meets JIS grade N6 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 2 (JIS B1702:1976). Pitch diameter is 32 mm, outside diameter is 34 mm, face width is 8 mm, total length is 18 mm, allowable torque is 12.6 N·m (1.29 kgf·m), and backlash is 0.08~0.16 mm. Axial thrust forces are generated. Secondary operations on tooth areas are prohibited due to induction hardening.

Helical gears are comparable to spur gears, but due to the higher contact ratio, they are quieter, vibrate less, and experience less friction.
