KCG3-30R1 is a right-hand lead bronze worm wheel with a 30:1 reduction ratio, 30 mm normal module, one start, and a helix angle of 3°55'. It has a 20 mm bore, 55 mm hub diameter, 90.21 mm pitch diameter, 96 mm throat diameter, 99 mm outside diameter, and 28 mm face width. The gear is made of CAC502 material with a sand mold casting finish and has a backlash of 0.15~0.33 mm. Its allowable torque at 30 rpm is 46.6 N·m, decreasing to 22.2 N·m at 900 rpm. The total length is 52 mm, mounting distance is 43 mm, and weight is 1.50 kg. It meets KHK W 002 grade 4 precision standards and uses standard full-depth gear teeth with a normal pressure angle of 14°30'.
