KAGF4-36R1 is a right-hand helical worm gear with a module of 4, 36 teeth, and one start. It has a pitch diameter of 144 mm, an outside diameter of 156 mm, a face width of 30 mm, and a hub width of 20 mm. The bore is H9, and the gear is manufactured from CAC702 aluminum bronze with a cast iron hub. The gear has a precision grade of KHK W 002 grade 2, a standard full-depth tooth profile, and a normal pressure angle of 20°. Allowable torque at 300 rpm is 243 N·m, with a diametral backlash of 0.19 to 0.32 mm and a weight of 4.10 kg.
