KAGF3-30R2 is a right-hand lead, 2-start, aluminum bronze worm gear with a 30-tooth count and a module of 3. It has a bore diameter of 20 mm, a hub diameter of 55 mm, a pitch diameter of 90 mm, a throat diameter of 98 mm, an outside diameter of 101 mm, a face width of 25 mm, and a hub width of 17.5 mm. The gear has a profile shift coefficient of +0.333 and a helix angle of 8°58'. It operates with a backlash of 0.16~0.29 mm and weighs 1.63 kg. The gear is rated for an allowable torque of 128 N·m at 30 rpm, 105 N·m at 100 rpm, and 79.8 N·m at 300 rpm under standard conditions. It is manufactured to KHK W 002 grade 2 precision and features a sand mold casting finish.
