KAG4-30R2 is a right-hand lead worm gear with a module of 4, 30 teeth, and 2 starts. It has a plain bore of 20 mm, a pitch diameter of 120 mm, a throat diameter of 128 mm, an outside diameter of 132 mm, and a face width of 30 mm. The gear is made of CAC702 aluminum bronze, with standard full-depth teeth and a 20° normal pressure angle. It has a backlash range of 0.19 to 0.32 mm, weighs 3.00 kg, and is designed for use with a worm shaft. Allowable torque values are specified at various speeds, with 148 N·m at 100 rpm and 67.2 N·m at 600 rpm.
