A 1C44MYK20030R is a straight miter gear with 30 teeth and a module of 2, made of steel, featuring a ground bore with a tolerance of +0.018/0 mm for a 16 mm bore diameter and a keyway. The gear has a face width of 16 mm, an overall length of 60 mm, a hub projection of 12.4 mm, and two set screws spaced 120° apart. Tooth surfaces are induction hardened to HRC 47…53.
Standard straight-tooth miter gears are a type of bevel gear set that has a 1:1 ratio, identical dimensions, and the same number of teeth, allowing them to mate with one another and transmit rotational motion at a 90° angle. Although the number of teeth in a spiral miter gear set is the same, the twisting directions are different, preventing them from mating with one another. Our straight-tooth miter gears are manufactured utilizing a CNC Coniflex® interlocking cutting system. Spiral miter gears must be paired with one right-hand thread and one left-hand thread.
