A 1C44MYK15020R is a steel straight miter gear with 20 teeth and a module of 1.5, featuring a 20° pressure angle. It has a bore diameter of 10 mm (+0.015/0), a face width of 1 mm, a hub length of 18.53 mm, a hub diameter of 24 mm, and a pitch diameter of 30 mm. The overall length is 31.85 mm. Tooth surfaces are induction hardened to HRC 47-53 and the bore is ground. The part is sold individually without a keyway.
Standard straight-tooth miter gears are a type of bevel gear set that has a 1:1 ratio, identical dimensions, and the same number of teeth, allowing them to mate with one another and transmit rotational motion at a 90° angle. Although the number of teeth in a spiral miter gear set is the same, the twisting directions are different, preventing them from mating with one another. Our straight-tooth miter gears are manufactured utilizing a CNC Coniflex® interlocking cutting system. Spiral miter gears must be paired with one right-hand thread and one left-hand thread.
